They contain very important information about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and have agreed to be bound by these terms of sale, without limitation or qualifications. These terms of sale are subject to modification without prior written notice and at any time in hollywoodwholesaleelectric.com’s sole discretion.
Our goal is a 100% error-free Site. If product price errors are discovered, they are promptly corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply. We will notify you if your order includes items that were incorrectly priced.
Refusal of Service
hollywoodwholesaleelectric.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
Some brand products may be replaced with similar quality and specification brand products at the time of delivery, in case if they are not in stock.
Hollywood Wholesale Electric makes every effort to provide accurate information on our website. In the event we discover an error in the availability of a product that affects your order with us, we will notify you right away, and you may choose to continue or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

For customers who purchase on open account, Hollywoodwholesaleelectric.com reserves the right to add to your monthly balance a service charge of 1/12% per month (18% annual rate) on all amounts unpaid on the first day of the 2nd month following purchase. If the account is placed with a third party for collection, buyer agrees to pay all costs and expenses of collection including the reasonable attorneys fees in addition to the service charges stated above.
You are responsible for the payment of any state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order. The sales tax is calculated based on the full invoice price, and may include charges for shipping and handling if required by law. By law, Hollywoodwholesaleelectric.com must collect 9.75% sales tax for orders SHIPPED to California.
Shipping & Handling (S&H) Charges
Hollywood Wholesale Electric offers “Fast Delivery” on items ordered before 11:00 am PST, Mon-Fri.
If the “In Stock” icon appear, it means that the product most likely can ship same day. The “On Backorder” items will ship once it gets back in stock. (For large orders that require Freight Delivery, orders must be placed before 12:00 pm PST).
“Fast Delivery” means that the qualifying order will leave our warehouse the Same Business Day!
The estimated time of arrival for an order depends on the UPS shipping method selected during checkout.
If Ground shipping is selected on an order that applies for “Fast Delivery”, the order will ship out the same afternoon & will take anywhere from 2-5 business days, depending where the items are being shipped.
Orders that are over $150 and applicable for “Fast Delivery”, will leave our warehouse the Same Business Day with Ground Shipping! Please note that this offer is valid for regular ground shipping within the continental United States (Alaska & Hawaii not included).
If an order is in stock and qualifies for Fast Delivery, but is placed after 11 pm PST, during the weekend, or on a recognized holiday, it will be shipped the following business day. If an item(s) in any particular order is out of stock or the quantity desired is not available, when the item(s) is in stock, it will ship the next business day. International shipments are not currently available.
Hollywood Wholesale Electric accepts returns ONLY for orders of items that are damaged/defective (Special order items are non-returnable) that are placed online for full refund or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused and in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping fee will not be refunded. (If the customer received a Free Shipping deal, the cost of shipping paid by Hollywood Wholesale will be deducted from the amount refunded to the credit card or store credit).
You may return the damaged/defective items to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please remember that all exchanged/returned items must be in resalable condition, including all packaging materials and manuals. Hollywood Wholesale Electric cannot be held responsible for packages until they are delivered to us so please make sure that the items are packaged appropriately. Returned defective items will be subject to testing, and if tested to be non-defective, it will be sent back to the customer at customer’s expense.
You have the option to receive either a refund to your credit card with a 25% restocking fee deducted or a store credit. Shipping charges are not refunded. Our policy is to refund the shipping cost only if we have made an error in the shipment. Please allow 10 to 15 business days after we receive the items to process your credit.
Returns will not be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. You will be required to return it directly to the manufacturer.
To return a product to Hollywood Wholesale Electric, simply click on the RMA page below, and fill out the form and a HWE representative will contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Use this number on all packaging and correspondence when returning your products. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained before returning any item to us. No item will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
If your order arrived damaged
All items are inspected before shipping. Upon receiving your package, immediately check that all items are included and in satisfactory condition. If an item is damaged during shipping, contact us within 2 business days. We will report it to the carrier. Please keep all packaging materials. Once a damage claim has been approved, we will either ship another item to you or give you a full refund. Missing items must also be reported immediately.
