Hollywood Wholesale Electric accepts returns ONLY for orders of items that are damaged/defective (Special order items are non-returnable) that are placed online for full refund or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused and in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping fee will not be refunded. (If the customer received a Free Shipping deal, the cost of shipping paid by Hollywood Wholesale will be deducted from the amount refunded to the credit card or store credit).
You may return the damaged/defective items to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please remember that all exchanged/returned items must be in resalable condition, including all packaging materials and manuals. Hollywood Wholesale Electric cannot be held responsible for packages until they are delivered to us so please make sure that the items are packaged appropriately. Returned defective items will be subject to testing, and if tested to be non-defective, it will be sent back to the customer at customer’s expense.
You have the option to receive either a refund to your credit card with a 25% restocking fee deducted or a store credit. Shipping charges are not refunded. Our policy is to refund the shipping cost only if we have made an error in the shipment. Please allow 10 to 15 business days after we receive the items to process your credit.
Returns will not be accepted after thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. You will be required to return it directly to the manufacturer.
To return a product to Hollywood Wholesale Electric, simply click on the RMA page below, and fill out the form and a HWE representative will contact you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Use this number on all packaging and correspondence when returning your products. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained before returning any item to us. No item will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
If your order arrived damaged
All items are inspected before shipping. Upon receiving your package, immediately check that all items are included and in satisfactory condition. If an item is damaged during shipping, contact us within 2 business days. We will report it to the carrier. Please keep all packaging materials. Once a damage claim has been approved, we will either ship another item to you or give you a full refund. Missing items must also be reported immediately.
