What are the store operating hours?

Hollywood Wholesale Electric is open Monday through Friday 6:30AM – 5:00PM (PST). Our Online Department can be contacted Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM (PST). We are CLOSED on Saturday and Sunday.

Hollywood Wholesale Electric is located at 5426 Santa Monica Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90029. We are conveniently located just off the 101 Freeway.

 

 

What is Hollywood Wholesale Electric’s Return Policy?

Hollywood Wholesale Electric gladly accepts returns for orders that are placed online for full refund or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused and in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery. Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to cancel or change your order for any reason, it is important to contact us right away. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change it.

 

What are the shipping methods available and how much is the shipping fee?

 

You will select a shipping method during your checkout process. The UPS list will show all UPS shipping options and price available in your area code. Orders that are over $150 and applicable for "Fast Delivery", will leave our warehouse the Same Business Day with Free Ground Shipping. We currently offer the following shipping methods: UPS Ground, UPS Three-Day Select, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver and UPS Next Day Air.

  

How long will it take to ship and receive the products that I ordered?

In-stock items ordered before 11:00AM PST will most likely ship the same day. The “On Backorder" items will ship once it gets back in stock.

The estimated time of arrival for an order depends on the UPS shipping method selected during checkout. 

 

I already placed an order. Can I still change the shipping method?

If you need to change your shipping method, please contact us right after you place your order online.

 

 

How can I request a quote?

To request a quote, simply click on the Get A Quote link located on the lower right hand side of the page.

 

Before you can request quotes, you must first create an account, or login with your username and password. After doing that, you will be then directed to the Ask for Free Quote page. Just fill out the required fields and then click on the submit button. Your request will be forwarded to the person in-charge.

 

Is there a minimum order amount online?

NO, there is no minimum order amount.
