If you order by 11AM Pacific Standard Time (PST), the in-stock items ordered should be shipped that day (Monday through Friday delivery days) via ground transportation to most locations. International shipments are not currently available.
An S&H charge applies to all orders. S&H charges are based on the weight of the shipment and are calculated by UPS. Additional S&H charges will apply to orders shipped via upgraded services (Next Day, 2nd Day, etc). In the event only some of the products are in stock at the time an order is placed, the available product will be shipped via the upgraded service and the backorder will ship via Ground service when stock is replenished. S&H charges along with any charged freight are non-refundable in occurrences where Hollywoodwholesaleelectric.com has made no error in merchandizing or shipping.

For customers who choose to order products, we request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information and credit card number. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. Ordering online is fast and easy. Simply locate the item(s) you wish to purchase from our extensive selection. Put the quantity then click the Add to Cart button. The contents of your shopping cart will be displayed. This information reveals the product number, title, quantity, unit price, subtotal and the grand total. If multiple quantities of the same item are desired, you may change the number of items to the appropriate number. You may continue shopping by clicking on the Continue Shopping button on the left side of the page. Items may be removed from the shopping cart by clicking on the Remove button (the trash can icon).
Click on the Proceed to Checkout button to proceed with your purchase. You will be asked to login, checkout as a guest or register. If you are a registered customer, simply enter your email address and password then click on the Login button. If you wish you checkout as a guest or register, select one then just click on the Continue button. You will be asked to fill out your billing and shipping information. When you’re done, just click on the Continue button. You will be then asked to choose your shipping method. The shipping fees are also shown on this page. Select your desired shipping method then click on the Continue button. Next, you have to choose your payment method. You can either choose credit card or check/money order. If you choose you pay using your credit card, enter your credit card type, credit card number, expiration date and card verification number then click on the Continue button. If you choose to pay by check or money order, select that option then click on the Continue button. You will then see a review of your order. Click on the Place Order button to submit your order. You will receive your order number. You will also receive an order confirmation email.
Payment can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for both online and in-store purchases. Your credit card will be charged when your order is placed.

For customers who purchase on open account, Hollywoodwholesaleelectric.com reserves the right to add to your monthly balance a service charge of 1/12% per month (18% annual rate) on all amounts unpaid on the first day of the 2nd month following purchase. If the account is placed with a third party for collection, buyer agrees to pay all costs and expenses of collection including the reasonable attorneys fees in addition to the service charges stated above.
It is easy to view your order. To get a summary of your orders, just sign in with your email address and password by clicking on the Login link on the upper right part of the page. You will see your order number, date, status and total amount of your order. If you want to view additional details of an order, just click on the View Order link.
You can update your account information any time. To update your account information, simply click on the My Account link on the top part of the page then login with your email address and password. To change your name, email address and password, click on the Account Information link which can be found on the left side of the page. When you’re done, just click on the Save button. If you want to update your billing and shipping address, just go to the Address Book page then click on the Change Billing Address or Change Shipping Address link. After updating your address, just click on the Save Address button.
